The World Series Training Center Located in Horicon, Wisconsin, the World Series Training Center combines a quality facility with a proven staff that knows what it takes to compete at the highest level.
Facility The World Series Training Center is a 4,800 square foot facility designed to meet all of your training needs:
- An outdoor playing surface for the feel of real softball or baseball - Batting cages with pitching machines - Pitching areas - Netting for flexible practices with actual game situations
Staff The staff is led by owners Roger Schliewe and Kurt Schmidt, who also coach the Wisconsin Bandits summer travel team. Coach Schliewe has won multiple national championships with the Bandits and two WIAA state high school championships, and coached over 30 players who have gone on to play in college. His softball programs are widely recognized among the best in Wisconsin.
The staff aims to help each softball and baseball player reach their potential and play at the highest level of their respective sport. Whether it's pitching, fielding, or hitting, staff members stress fundamentals and doing the little things right.
